YOUR TOUR RATE INCLUDES
a) accommodation based on two people sharing in a twin or double room (a supplement may apply for single occupancy)
b) full Scottish breakfast
c) evening meal where specified in the tour itinerary
d) transport throughout the tour and all excursions as detailed in the itinerary

YOUR TOUR RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE
a) air or rail fare to Scotland
b) entrance fee to visitor attractions
c) meals other than those specified in the tour itinerary
d) tour insurance (we recommend that you insure yourself prior to departure for illness, injury, loss of property while on tour and for tour cancellations)

TOUR PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required to secure each booking. Reservation may be made by telephone, fax, email or through our web site.
The remainder of the tour price is due 30 days prior to the tour commencing.
If you book within 30 days of the tour commencing the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

TOUR CANCELLATION CHARGES

cancellations by clients will be subject to the following forfeit:
30 days or more prior to departure, deposit only
20 - 29 days prior to departure, 35% of tour cost
10 - 19 days prior to departure, 70% of tour cost
less than 10 days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost
in the unlikely event we have to cancel your tour all monies paid to Robert Fraser Travel will be refunded to you.
Robert Fraser Travel reserve the right to cancel a tour more than 7 weeks before departure where the minimum number of 10 bookings required for a tour has not been met (except Salmon Fishing on the Tay). Clients will have the chance of accepting an alternative tour or a full refund of all monies paid.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided by Robert Fraser Travel you must notify our company representative i.e. your driver immediately. If the complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily by the company representative there and then you must put your complaint in writing, detailing the nature of the complaint within 14 days of the end of your tour. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated. Complaints about accommodation and services not provided by Robert Fraser Travel must be taken up with the establishment concerned.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
If any client has any special requests regarding diet, mobility restrictions etc they must inform us in writing at the time of booking. We will try our utmost, but cannot guarantee to fulfil any special requests.
